Our rental department offers a wide range of construction equipment that includes everything you need to get the job done! We rent by the day or week. From the contractor to the homeowner, we will strive to put you in the right piece of equipment. We rent to sell, so our rental equipment varies with inventory. Rental Guidelines
THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES MUST BE ADHERED TO DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD.
- All rentals must be paid for before equipment can be released.
- Rental Rates: A rental day is for 24 hours and includes 4 hours of run time on equipment. If unit is used for more than 4 hours in a 24 hour period an hourly rate will be charged for any hours over 4 hours. Same rules apply for weekly rentals. Everyday is a rental day. Prices subject to change. Not all items may be immediately available. Severe applications may require rate adjustments. Rates include fuel charges but do not include delivery. Delivery is available for an additional charge.
- Rental Contract: A rental contract must be completed on every transaction with all pertinent data furnished prior to the release of the rental equipment.
- Repairs and Maintenance: All repairs required due to abuse or negligence will be charged to the lessee upon return of the damaged rental equipment. Clean-up of the unit is the responsibility of the lessee. Units returned without being cleaned will result in a clean-up charge. Furthermore, if the rental unit is converted into a sale, all non-warrantable repairs and maintenance, during the rental period will be added to the conversion price.
- Insurance: We do NOT offer any insurance or damage waiver on rentals. Lessee further agrees to pay for all damages to the equipment resulting from improper use or abuse of the equipment. Lessee must furnish a certificate of insurance naming Miller Implement Co., Inc. the Loss Payee and the Additional Insured for the retail value of the equipment.
